Place of ageing
Resulting from a unique and timely approach to refinement, the SR0207 was born out of an urgent need to tell a story. The 9SAG barrel reveals a winemaking singularity, created 120 metres from the sea, in a suspended time-space elevation of fourteen years.
Organoleptic properties
A Marsala Superiore Riserva Semisecco with spicy and pastry cream notes. Dry, long and persistent tannins on the palate, complemented by a balanced sweetness. It is ideal paired with cheeses and refined dishes with a smooth taste.
